2008 Strategic Plan
The MWPHA Governing Council convened in September 2007 to conduct a Strategic Planning session. The resulting plan outlines critical success areas for 2008, including Membership, Programs & Committees, and Governance & Leadership. The following two documents provide the complete detail of the 2008 Strategic Plan, including a PowerPoint file that documents the planning session, and the Action Plan that details out specific activities and deadlines for 2008.
